The Outback Spectrum Hooded barbecue features a porcelain-enamelled hood which is corrosion and acid resistant as well as heat and flame proof so it doesn’t blister under high temperatures. Due to the enamelled coating, it’s easy to clean and ideal for roasting, grilling or even baking!

Our hooded models are so versatile that once you have finished cooking, you can turn off the barbecue and pull down the hood and your food will keep warm for a good 30 minutes afterwards.
